The settlement of your commissions can be done every month by issuing an electronic invoice and depositing it into your bank account or another payment method can be agreed between us after consultation.
What if a customer cancels a booking?
Bookings are not refundable to customers. If a reservation is made there is no refund policy in place, so you will get your commission for every reservation that used your unique code.
Can I make bookings for customers?
Yes, just make sure you use your unique code to get your commission.
What happens if I make a booking for a customer and they need support?
You can provide our contact information to them, so we can help them.
How can I earn more with Santo Luggage?
The more bookings we get that used your unique code, the more commissions you will get.
Does my code expire ?
No, your unique code is active always form the time it’s created.
